a. LAUNDRY
No need! Our team will take care of sorting your laundry for you. We ensure everything is washed under the correct settings to keep your clothes in top condition.
Don’t worry about weighing them. We will do that upon pickup, and you’ll be charged accordingly.
Yes, we take extra precautions to protect your garments. While we can’t guarantee 100%, our experienced team handles every item with great care to minimize any risk.
Our standard turnaround time is between 24 to 48 hours, but if you’re in a rush, we also offer express services to get your laundry back even faster!
Absolutely not. Each customer’s laundry is washed separately to ensure the highest level of hygiene and care. Your clothes will never be mixed with others!
B. PAYMENT
Yes, we do have a minimum charge, which is equivalent to the price of 3kg of laundry. For instance, if your laundry weighs 2kg, we will still charge you for 3kg. This ensures that we can maintain the quality and efficiency of our services while keeping our prices fair.

If you’re located in any of these regions, you can count on us to take care of your laundry needs with prompt and reliable service.
Paying for your laundry is simple and convenient. You can either pay online through bank transfer, QRIS or opt for cash payment when we deliver your freshly cleaned clothes. We aim to make the payment process as easy as possible for you.
